JMA - 2017

JMA - Presentation

The Journal of Mundane Astrology (JMA) aims to account for our research in the context of "virtual seminars" whose themes are : “World astrology and history of civilizations” ; “a new global paradigm of astrology”. In a traditional seminar gathered a couple dozen people ; continuity of work depends very unpredictable external circumstances, such as the motivation of participants, always acrobatic personnel management of each calendar, the financial capacity to cover rental costs and a fair return for the master of education ; in short, all the hassles that make today such a business almost impossible outside of an academic environment that our society will never give or astrology or the cyclologie. While a virtual seminar is intended by nature to all Internet users who visit this site regularly, for free, without any time or place ; with the disadvantage, however, unable to live exchange our thoughts, formulate questions and hypotheses.

JMA is thus complementary to the Journal of Traditional Cyclology (JTC) that will support other virtual seminar. Thus, my practice of astrology world unfolds on two dimensions : one horizontal, the astrology interface with geopolitics ; the other, at the interface of astrology with cyclology. Furthermore, JMA is complementary to the Bulletin of Mundane Astrology (BMA), which meets other requirements : processing, more or less briefly, international news being under the double gaze of the world astrology and geopolitics. Another addition to the JMA is JMA-History that has, over the years, studies on specific historical events during major centennial commemorations or other periods.

Seminar - Soviet Russia - 1917-1991

This issue n°10 of the RAM opens a virtual seminar dealing with the period of soviet Russia between 1917 and 1991. It is expected that this seminar will span over eleven issues over a period from June 2017 to December 2019.

The first issue devoted to this subject is divided into four parts : a Preamble, an Introduction (Portico I) and two sections devoted to the civil war, covering the period 2017-2018 for the first, the period 2019-2021 for the second.

JMA 10-1 - Preamble

The Preamble is divided into three parts : one devoted to astrological methodological questions, the other to the historical sources on which I relied for the study of the soviet period from the October Revolution to the fall of the soviet Union. A third part is devoted to the study of the cyclical table of the period 1917-1991.

The first part proposes a reflection on the dual approach that can be used in the treatment of Transneptunians : a cyclical approach, based on very long cycles, approaching 10 000 years, and a "laser" approach, which examines the interference of transneptunian factors in classical charts, with mid-points flow attached to a point of anchorage on the Zodiac.

The second part presents my historical sources, the most important of which is the work of Dmitri Volkogonov, who devoted four basic works to the seven leaders of the soviet period, from Lenin to Gorbachev. I first present the formation of this future soviet general who will detach himself from marxism-leninism as he explores it in the secret archives of the central Committee of the CPSU. Then his military and political career, which ultimately made him a military advisor to president Yeltsin, as well as several personal testimonies he left on his activities and meetings, a valuable document on the foreign policy of the Kremlin. Finally, the work of the head of archives and historian who provides exceptional insights into the secrets of the Politburo and the exercise of power at the highest level of the soviet nomenklatura.

Complementary to Volkogonov’s work is the testimony of Pavel Soudoplatov, a very senior official of the security and espionage services of the NKVD, who oversaw the assassination of Trotsky and the obtaining of scientific documents enabling the soviets to acquire nuclear weapon after the Second World War. I present his career and also his very illuminating testimonies.
Historian of the concentration system, of which he had to suffer personally, David Rousset published in 1973 a fundamental work on the mutation of the workers’ State resulting from the October Revolution to a bureaucratic State inserted in the global capitalist system of his time. The broken Society is particularly instructive on the repressive system perfected by Stalin as the privileged instrument of the exercise of power in the service of the bureaucratic caste.

Finally, the work of Stéphane Courtois and his team gathered in the Livre noir du Communisme (The Black Book of Communism), published in 1997 on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the russian revolution, is an essential document on the crimes of communism throughout the world and on the totalitarian logic of a system which continues its ravages today.

The third part proposes a cyclical table of the period 1917-1991, highlighting some fundamental characteristics of the period : the Hades-Admetos-Poseidon triplice, the Apollo-Vulcanus square, the Zeus-Kronos square. This part concludes with an analysis of Ingress in Aries 1917.

JMA 10-2 - Portico I

This introductory part consists of two elements : a general Introduction and the Portico I - The Trinity of Evil.

The general Introduction presents the charts of the evolutionary cyclical phases of the Saturn-Neptune duo, going from the conjunction of 1917 to the opposition of 1936.

Portico I holds his title "The Trinity of Evil" from an essay by Vladimir Volkoff, which proposes a metaphysical reading of communism, whose malignity incarnated historically in the Lenin-Stalin-Trotsky triumvirate. This Portico I is devoted to the study of the charts of these three characters.
